Reese LeRoy | Is it okay to complain to God?  The Book of Psalms gives us many examples of such laments where the writer complains to God that things are not as they should be.  In Luke 13, we see where Jesus expressed his own version of lament over Jerusalem. With these examples, we see how lament invites us into a holy place of truth-telling, vulnerability, comfort, and belonging with God and with one another.
