A major motorcycle accident left me in a coma incurably paralysed from the neck down yet I overcame it with determination and the power of my mind. Then I became a hypnotherapist and also podcaster so I want this podcast to be all about reaching for excellence. It's about my audience who feel or suspect they have more in them than they are currently achieving. I will be bringing on guests to inspire you that the pain has gone on long enough so that now is the time to step beyond your comfort zone.
