Lance is the owner and co-founder of many "F" keys - some you may recognize from your home computer. Most notably, this includes F9 which also happens to be his architecture firm with a focus on sustainable living, which is he started right here in Longmont. Lance also claims multiple pages of Google results, though we forgot to ask how many of those he owns or founded. On top of that, he runs a successful podcast about architecture. Honestly, we could use some tips on creating a "successful" podcast ourselves. But he's an absolute force of nature with a passion for our fair city. Oh! Also, Annie has been named mom of the year.
