Motivational Speaker and Performance Coach, Lance Cibik, joins Trent and Patrick on “At Home with Roby”.  Lance grew up in a paycheck-to-paycheck home.  He lost his mother to suicide just days before his first birthday.  By age 17, he was living alone working hard to finish high school and ultimately become a first-generation college graduate in his family.  After graduating from UNCC with a degree in Business Administration and spending years in the corporate world, a tragic accident sent Lance on a different more purpose-filled course.  Tune in to meet Lance, learn more about his message of using adversity to your advantage, and how the help of a mentor and mentee has shaped his life and faith.
