Lance Reed serves as the Executive Director of The Black Action Collective and works to have an inclusive community that embraces diversity. The Black Action Collective works with local leaders and individuals to combat racism and inequity. Lance, an Arkansas native, attended the University of Arkansas, where he gained the skills to build communities. Through a career in grassroots organizing with a stint in corporate, he answered the call to lead BAC when NWA needed it most.
