Joyann is a licensed paralegal and a co-founder of JNR Legal Services. In her current practice, she regularly represents individuals in various matters, including wrongful dismissal, contractual breaches, negligence claims, landlord and tenant disputes, violations of the Ontario Human Rights Code, and applications for Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability benefits.
