As you probably know if you have a Twitter or Instagram account, we're now just under two years out from Tokyo 2020. This is very exciting news, and in celebration, we picked the distance squad for Team USA. Well, Letsrun did, and then we decided how right or wrong they were. We also talked about some bits of news that have come out from the IAAF in the last week, some of which were shockingly good! We also got to answer some good listener questions and Alex got upset about peanut butter again.
