This week after sadly missing 2 weeks we are backing and starting Season 4 by looking at a prehistoric group from the Forgotten Realms, the Lapal. Using their history, we create our own prehistoric history for some races in our new world of season 4.

Thanks to Arcane Anthems for offering amazing royalty free music for nerds like us, we used their amazing tracks Shillelagh (Spirit of Brynn) and Solemn Rest for our intro and outro respectively.
