Hello ladies and gentlemen! Today I present Lara Dalch, a health and lifestyle coach who helps smart, busy women uncover their vibrant, happy selves hiding under energy-draining habits.
Lara accidentally stumbled upon her path while working at Comedy Central (her dream job). Long days, lots of hours, and no time to really eat or take care of herself trigger depression, listlessness, and loss of zest.
After making small shifts, she noticed a difference, and went back to school to educate herself and help others.
“Because I saw the dramatic impact of these changes on my life, I decided to go back to school to learn to help others experience these same transformations. Since then I’ve been helping other women (like YOU) find their inner health, vitality, and hotness, and I know how to guide you to get big results with a lot less effort than you might think.
Food remains my art and my joy. It’s a constant reminder to be mindful of the sights, sounds, flavors, feelings, and connections of life. It’s my window into the every day vibrancy of life. And a tool for fully engaging with it.”
Lara and I had a great conversation about taking control of your health from a natural, practical standpoint, the triggers women experience that compels them to reach for sugar, baked goods and comfort food, the little shifts that can change your life and her hatred of Paleo diets.
