Swim Team chronicles the story of the Jersey Hammerheads, a team of competitive high school swimmers on the autism spectrum. Beginning on the first day of practice, and ending at the Special Olympics Summer Games, the film follows relay team members Mikey, Robbie, and Kelvin in and out of the water, as they and their families find support, understanding, and encouragement in the community they've created.
