For most of us these days, we use some kind of GPS app when we’re trying to find our way somewhere. It’s great to have that step-by-step guidance. In 300 feet, take the exit on the right. Turn left at the next traffic light, then turn right. Isn’t it great to take out all of the guesswork? In Pastor Ron’s message today, he encourages you to trust the Lord to direct your life. When you follow God’s plans for your life, you can’t go wrong. Just keep on following Him one step after another; just one step at a time.

Sharing is caring, right? Well, I’d say there are certain things we shouldn’t share. How about a toothbrush? Or underwear? I’m just saying — there are things where if you really care, you’ll let people find their own. Well, on a more serious note, Pastor Ron mentions in today’s message that God is jealous for your worship. He doesn’t want to share His glory with anyone or anything else. God gave His law to the Children of Israel through Moses. After Moses had died in the wilderness, it was Joshua who would lead the Children of Israel into the Promise Land. But in order for the Children of Israel to be successful in this, they were to obey the Word of the Lord. It was important that these cities would treat the accused as being innocent until proven guilty — Sound familiar? When you run to Jesus, He won’t turn you down, but He will bring you in to Himself and protect you from your accuser — the devil.

Have you ever seen those YouTubers who uptrade? They start with something small, like a pencil, then ask someone if they’d be willing to trade it for something more valuable, like a soccer ball, and so on and so forth until they end up with a car or a house. It really is amazing what happens when you’re willing to put yourself out there and ask… In Pastor Ron’s message today, he encourages you to ask God for those things you need. God is good, and He wants you to come to Him when you’re in need.

Ok, so imagine that you’ve been given your dream home! Fully paid for. Maybe the rich uncle you didn’t know you had passed it on. What would stop you from moving in? I mean, it’s in the perfect location and everything - why wouldn’t you move in? In today’s message, Pastor Ron teaches you that when you receive Christ, you become an heir to all the spiritual blessings of God. But the thing is, you have to enter in to receive those blessings. I can’t speak from personal experience, but the stories I’ve heard about military training sound intense. Not only do you have rigorous mental and physical exercises scheduled daily, but they’re constantly pushing you to your limit. Think you’ve had a hard day? What about being woken up and called attention within minutes of dropping off into deep sleep? In Pastor Ron’s message today, he shares with you that God will bring challenges into your life to test your faith. Will you trust Him?

Have you ever told a lie before? Now, be honest! Not everyone tells bald-faced lies, but a lot of people don’t mind telling a little white lie.
