Anyone who ever encountered Robert von Hagge never forgot him and his friend and business partner of more than 30 years, Rick Baril, can understand why. One of the most prolific designers of his generation his work can be found on more than 250 courses in 20 countries yet he is a surprisingly little known figure. With the French Open just completed at his Le Golf National layout in Paris, and with the Ryder Cup to be staged there in just a few months' time, now seemed like a good opportunity to get to know a bit more about the legend that was Robert von Hagge. Rick Baril joins Adrian Logue and Rod Morri to give a little taste of what working alongside the larger than life von Hagge was like. Special Guest: Rick Baril.

Its been quite the journey but after 125 episodes the iSeekGolf Podcast will cease publishing from today. Changes at the ISG parent company have seen a shift in direction for the website and, at this stage, the podcast will not be part of the immediate offering. However, don't delete the feed from your favourite app as the podcast may start again in the future. A former federal minister in the Howard government and long time resident of Japan, Andrew is a lawyer and author in his own right whose writings on golf and politics show a flair not completely unlike his father. He joins Episode 124 of the iSeekGolf podcast to talk all things golf from his dad's legacy to the ongoing distance debate.
