To achieve progress, cultural cooperation on projects to uplift the human species as a whole, to what LaRouche calls higher “platforms,” is key. “The time has come,” LaRouche concludes in this excerpt, “for mankind to grow up, to come out of childhood, or, worse than that, infantilism.”
