Larry Eskridge assumed he was saved, since his family was regular Baptist churchers, but it took young people during the Jesus People Movement to bring him to meet Jesus. In 2013, after years of research, he wrote "God's Forever Family" that earned Book of the Year from Christianity Today magazine.
