In the three years that Raiders have called Las Vegas their home, they have changed Head Coaches and first the first time in eight years, have a new franchise QB not named Derek Carr. When HC Josh McDaniels entered into his first year with the team, optimism was that they can compete with the Chiefs. Inside of the first half of the season and while there have been good wins, there is a lot of skepticism on McDaniels as a HC. The defense thought they would have a running partner with DE Maxx Crosby in Chandler Jones but with him no longer on the team, how much further can he carry the defense?
