After Christmas, a young man mentioned receiving a backpack and a hatchet as gifts, which he explained were for camping. He described being part of a group he called “basically Christian Boy Scouts.” While many may not know the details of the Boy Scouts, they are often remembered for emphasizing character and service, values that could easily be described as Christian. What would it be like if the Church actually acted like the Church?
