Last Daze is a rock and roll band that was assembled in the Adirondack Mountains of New York, and forged in a non- disclosed recording studio, rumored to be in the vicinity of Echo Park, Los Angeles.

The band is fronted by songwriter Katy Cole, who uses her life experiences as well as the experiences of others to channel the unusual and beautiful sounds that make up the heart of Last Daze. Cole joined forces with guitarist, Chris Schempp in search for the raw, electric sound that comes out of his Gibson guitar. His soaring guitar lines take the band to a level known only as "Planet Schempp".

Answering a craigslist ad from 120 miles away, Mick Changelo came to be an essential member of Last Daze. Michael (Mick) Changelo was hatched on another planet and sent here as an emissary with the expressed purpose of loving a woman named Sarah. As an aside, he happens to play low-toned stringed instruments fairly well.

Brian Zink is the newest addition to Last Daze, hailing from Colonie, NY. His drum kit has survived hellfire and brimstone, only to be unleashed on your ears and felt through your veins.

With all the pieces complete, the band flew to Los Angeles in March of 2014 to record their debut album, "Symbols & Snares" with producer, Shooter Jennings. The product that came out of that studio in LA defies genre boundaries. The songs speak from the heart, and take you on a journey that you will want to relive over and over again.
