Last Mark Standing is judged on three rounds of competition formatted in a roundtable debate-style.

Each round begins with a pro wrestling-related question, and the competitors engage in a no-holds barred war to see who can argue the best case in favor of their answer.

THIS IS NOT A POPULARITY CONTEST!! You do not win by having the best answer; you win by having the best argument.

When the final scores are tallied, the person with the most points is crowned the Last Mark Standing.
