Every Wednesday morning the news from the world of surfing is rounded up and smashed into a pop-quiz for serial contestant Danny Johnson (Creative Director of Surfing World Magazine, Host of Weak Wrap) by unqualified quizmaster and kook Mike Jennings (Senior Writer of Surfing World Magazine, Coastalwatch, Monster Children). Play along and listen on as Danny does his best not to lose against himself and the two discuss all the happenings in the week of surf, from WSL competition to freesurfing happenings, to literally anything else vaguely related to surf culture… or not.

Kelly comes up a lot in this somewhat serious episoide of The Dooley. How could he not though? Afterall he did just announce his retirement for the 400th time and decide that his little feetys are ready to shred J-Bay again. What I would do if I was Kelly, is quit the tour today and make wave pool out of money and then I would stay home and just surf that for the rest of my life. It would be some sort of Scrooge McDuck style room with money pits everywhere. Of course I'd get feet turned into robot legs so they stop breaking all the time. Yep that's a pretty sweet life. I'd also get fat, pretend to join Scientology so I could get close to Tom Cruise and then murder him. Anyone even read this thing?

It's another episode of The Dooley pals! They come out every week, normally a day or two late, but then there it is, just sitting there in your podcast feed. Should you press play and do some listening? "What have you got to lose?" you say out loud, instantly feeling a bit like a mental for talking to yourself. Let me tell you this, time is the only resource in your life that has any actual value. You'll be on your death bed before know it, and there's nothing in this 41.29 minutes that'll be of any use to you. Ever. It's a waste of your time that could be spent with friends family or doing other meaningful stuff. Now you have a decision to make. Do you listen? Or do you take advice from a podcast blurb and do something more meaningful? You'd have to be a complete loser to start taking advice from podcast blurbs though don't you reckon?
