Join your host, Emillia Noordhoek, as we bid farewell to this truly long exhausting year in this last episode for Random Acts of Living for 2020! I mean it hasn't been all terrible and horrible.. well maybe it's been pretty bad.. my sister died at the beginning of the year, Austalia was burning, Elizabeth Warren and every single progressive lost the democratic presidential nomination, then the pandemic hit the US hard and life and lively hoods came to a screeching halt, although the presidential election seemed to go on and on forever.. Oh, and I found myself stranded in a small town in North East Iowa living with my parents in the middle of coming to terms with my own personal tragedy and my dog ... yup it has been one for the books, but thankfully there are always people amazing, inspiring people who seem to light the way and share our stories and make us laugh, cry and get us up in the morning so we can keep changing the world one random act at a time! 2021 we are ready!
