Issue 90... Last Week Tonight... The Rebuttal

On Sunday night comedian John Oliver did an episode of his HBO show Last Week Tonight that focused mainly on Vince McMahon and his treatment of wrestlers from the past onwards to the present, regarding their well being. He questions the WWE's contracts that their talent sign. As well as how they treat wrestlers who are injured in the ring. Oliver questions their talent wellness agreement and disputes that they are employees that deserve to be treated better than independent contractors which they are deemed to be.
