The COVID-19 pandemic has changed many things about our lives, including the workplace.

Once reserved for a few professionals in the tech industry, remote work became the norm for millions of office workers, while service sector workers found themselves suddenly catering to a stay-at-home public.  Will these changes fade into the background once the pandemic recedes, or are these changes here to stay?
