We enjoyed the company of a true sporting great today in the guise of  Ronnie Delany the only Irish athlete to ever win a track gold medal at the Olympics.  Dolores Whelan and Evelyne Bourton joined us ahead of the celebrations to mark St Brigids Day and at the end of the second week of Lose Weight & Feel Great everyone has lost yet again!!
