To keep teaching or to change trajectories… that is the question…

Dance is an art. Art evolves. What happens when whole genres change?

It's February 2026 and I am restarting this love letter to myself and my thought community. In the episode you will hear me say "I am deleting the old episodes" but by the end when I set a boundary of grace required for my wavering opinions I realized that deleting those episodes would be out of alignment with that. They are old versions of me that are still valid in some ways today and in other ways, they aren't but it's a good reflection and comparison to have. Live in the cringe, y'all. It's good for you.

What is happening in our world? I’m offering my thoughts and opinions on why you should be speaking up. How being “neutral” can truly be a vote for violence.

It's been a minute! I discuss the meltdown I had with my body recently and how taking care of your life outside of dance is just as important as dancing.
