After 99 days.. the MLB lockout is over. The league and the players association reached a tentative agreement on a new CBA that included some rule changes. There will now be 12 playoff teams, a pitch clock, ban on the shift, larger bases, and the national league adopting a DH. KJ Carson discusses the new rule changes and what they mean for the MLB.
