When Lauren and Ben opened Lolobee's Lounge in 2022, they wanted it to be something different: late night with a little bit of Lauren's hometown of New Orleans. They've accomplished that and more, turning a once derelict and vacant building into a vibrant and creative community hub where everybody feels like part of the family.
