Winter.  Cold, dreary, dark.  A time to hibernate.  But this year I’m fighting back.  I am making a plan to face winter head on and not allow it to pull me into the cold and darkness, the seasonal depression so many of us deal with each year.  So join me, warriors of winter.  Let's fight the winter blues together.
