Do the work.  That has been my mantra for the past four years. It is how I end each one of my episodes because if you want change, if you want to heal and move forward then you have to put it in the work.  But this year I have added a new mantra to my life: get uncomfortable.   Today we are going to explore how both of these powerful thoughts have shifted my life.
