Hello friends, today is January 19th, 19 days into the new year.    How is it going?  How are those resolutions going, those new habits, new lifestyle plans?  Are you still going strong or are you starting to slip back into those old familiar patterns?  Well I have a few thoughts I would like to share today on goals and resolutions because lately I’ve been under the influence.
