The Spring market continues on, though restrained by those higher mortgage interest rates.  Price appreciation continues to elevate only slightly.  I’m seeing some local markets have price reductions while homes at the lower end of the market are getting multiple offers.  The balance of sales shows price appreciation in our overall market.
