BUT, before we dive in we want to honor today's contribution in a minute is Victoria Santa Cruz.  Victoria Santa Cruz was born on October 27th, 1922 in Lima, Peru. An Afro-Peruvian choreographer, composer, and activist. She is called the “the mother of Afro-Peruvian dance and theater.
