Ask The Latina's mission is to connect Latina professionals with Latina students to mentor them in the fields of STEM, Medicine, Law and Finance. Our vision is to increase the representation of Latinas in these highest paying fields from a low 2% to be proportionate to the 19 million Hispanics in the United States. More Latinas in these fields will decrease financial literacy, improve health disparity, solve issues affecting local communities, and create global innovation.
