Amigos en Azul, a Latino Community outreach group, held its second annual Latino Youth Academy August 13-15. The Academy brings Latino youths and members of the Madison Police Department together to discuss issues such as gun safety and language barriers and to give youth useful information on possible careers in law enforcement. Madison City Channel presents the August 15th Graduation Ceremony.
