This is my story on that old saying, "Latinos, are crabs in a bucket!". I sit down with my producer Hector H. Lopez to discuss life and compare notes on competition in the Latino community, the setbacks, the mindset, the truths & the myths about Latino crabs & our hometown of El Paso, Texas (a.k.a. the 915, el chuco).

I started this video series to help improve our community’s healthy living. I view us as teammates with our patients and their families in the quest to stamp out disease.
