It's Hanukkah, so naturally, we dedicated this ep to--hot take--one of the best possible iterations of potatoes: the latke. We filled ourselves with two versions of extremely delectable potato pancakes (one by Mark Bittman of the NYT, and one by our girl Ina) and a large quantity of apple sauce and sour cream (because we have souls in our bodies and brains in our heads), and we'll just say that the only way to f this up is to not make latkes at all.
