My background is a unique mosaic of exciting and gritty paths, as I've built solutions and led initiatives, at both the community level and national scale in private and public sectors, across media networks, and a couple of my start-ups. I'm a storyteller at heart, a strategic thinker, and a strong leader. I see leadership as the best opportunity to serve, and as I lead teams and produce excellent work, it's always my mission to build up others through my words and empower communities through the job.
Handoff is a SaaS start-up with a social mission. Our goal is to impact the future of work through software that enables two employees to share one full-time role. We offer employers the value of an inclusive hiring alternative to build and grow their teams. We offer diverse, qualified (untapped) talent, like breadwinning mothers and caregivers- an immediate solution to their desire for flexible, career-building work.
