In this crazy longer than usual episode we managed to get Mat Welsh, the Guitarist of the band While She Sleeps, to slow down from his usual 110mph day and spend just over an hour talking to us about what he got up to in pre production, what a typical day is like for a rockstar like him and how he loves a good IPA. The episode is full of off topic tangents so get ready for a rollercoaster of directions including bike rides, painting, spelling mistakes and wet suits.

Welcome to the While She Techs podcast presents; Latte's before load-in. The idea behind this series is to recreate having the coffee the crew would normally have in a morning before we load our gear into the venue where we usually sit and chat about stuff that happened at the show the day before.
