Funnel Challenge

Get people to go through a funnel, and after they purchase the challenge or join the free lead magnet, they go through the “challenge” portion. A challenge is about providing a hyper-focused result for your audience:

  • Who (who your audience is)
  • Result (what they get from joining your challenge)
  • Timeframe (how quickly they will get that result)
  • For example, a 5-day challenge for busy moms (who) to lose ten pounds (result) in five days (timeframe). It can be a paid challenge (i.e. $50) or free. “Free” is a great option to build that list. Put that in that challenge, educate them, and help them achieve that result (losing 10 pounds) in 5 days.

    This inserts you as the authority to getting that result. It builds trust with that audience, and they learn your specific framework to get that result, and your prospect becomes a lifetime customer. Educate them and give them tons of create content for five days.

    After the challenge, it’s important to offer something at the end to deliver continuing education. This could include a software subscription or long-term package.

    How many deliverables a day are ideal? The answer is...it depends. Get them to opt-in or pay. Then you have an email, phone number, and additional contact information like an address.

    Send an email saying, “Day One, we’ll talk about X, Y, and Z. Here’s the link to watch the session.” That could go to a Facebook group or online portal (membership site). They watch that day’s content, which should be 80% actionable content, and the other 20% should be theory.

    After every training, there’s usually training (homework) for them to execute. Austin is the expert when it comes to building a challenge funnel.
