• Use of funds: counseling-first → mediation → (if needed) attorney retainers; emergency relief; Christmas gifts.
• Safeguards: background checks + interview; we do not fund anger-driven “gotcha” custody battles.
• Community first: to receive help, dads must be active members in their local chapter/app.
• Giveback: HQ will donate 10% of profits to the Foundation.
• Christmas goal: fund gifts for ~5 families per chapter (members submit anonymous stories; donors vote).
