Mindy shares very openly about how motherhood has been empowering and filled with highs, but also a source of frustration and even some hopelessness. Mindy shares about giving birth at home, growing up Jewish and marrying a man who converted to Judaism, and her relationship with her parents. She talks about how not having a creative outlet for a few years made mothering, and life in general, much more difficult and unhappy.
