Laura is magnetic in the way she tells her story and the way she walks through the world with kindness, ease and a gallon of humour and humility. Her outlook on life is simple and it's one that carries her in high regard within the yoga community. I had the pleasure of interviewing her for this podcast and was reminded yet again to trust the flow of life and to lead with a compassionate heart.
