Laura is the co-founder of Equal Playing Field, a non-profit initiative promoting equal opportunity and respect for women in football. In 2017, she led 32 women from 24 countries up Mt Kilimanjaro, to set the world record for the highest altitude football match ever played. We talk to Laura about competing in volcanic ash, substitutions for altitude sickness, making soccer boots specifically for women and giving your crazy ideas a red hot go.
