Laure is a pre & post natal exercise specialist, CrossFit coach & athlete and mum of 2 who created her business to help women navigate through training in pregnancy, postpartum recovery after feeling completely lost as an athlete in her own pregnancies. 


Meisha and Laure discuss her experience and naivety around training in her pregnancy and how it lead her to educate herself to support and train women through their pre & post natal journeys.
