We met so many inspiring women doing their thing! The amount of knowledge we gained was out of this world from creating your own business to filing taxes! Throughout the retreat, we realized what a community Santa Barbara is and all the boss ladies that reside here! We also met amazing women from all over the country and made life long friends. We also realized how important it is to stay motivated by each other and create a community where there is no competition but woman holding each other up.
