The maintenance of your muscle system is paramount. Sleep, energy, movement and quality of movement can be improved by working with muscle.

Jennifer invited her friend Lauren Eirk to discuss what strength and muscle has to do with her philosophy, her program called Fitness Integrated Science and how she teaches yoga teachers to work with muscle and improve muscle to be more functional on a holistic viewpoint.

Lauren also talks about the importance of being a part of accessible wellness care.
