Lauren is one of the Founders of Theorycraft, a creative and strategic advisory firm for brands who want to reach out and connect with gaming and e-sports fans, however, she wasn't always in the gaming scene.

Before creating Theorycraft, Lauren was doing Creative Marketing for a variety of brands like Burberry Group Inc. and Canada Goose. It wasn't until she had the courage to ask her boss about possibly branching out into e-sports that she was able to combine her love of games with the work that she did.
