Our guest today started writing songs when she was 10 years old. Her first song was about God, and then with her development came atheism which stayed with Lauren until her experience with psychedelics. Lauren experienced with magic mushrooms and got to witness and understand life and reality on a deeper level. She was kind enough to come on the show and share her thoughts on Metaverse, meditation, psychedelics and their healing power.
