Lauren Reynolds opened At Home Nursing Care in 2010. She was inspired by her own mother's battle with terminal cancer and need for in home care, prompted Lauren to retire from a successful 15-year career as a reporter/anchor for ABC 10News to launch a home health agency. As a news reporter, she earned 11 Emmy awards and accommodation from the City of San Diego for her public service. Her pride was working in the investigative and consumer protection units at 10News. 

Lauren is the Founder/Administrator of the licensed and ACHC Accredited Agency offering caregiving, personal care, in home nursing and Care Management. 

Voted Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013, Lauren opened a second branch in Culver City, CA, where she grew up.  The agency has been awarded Best in Home Care four years in a row and prides itself on compassionate quality that customers can trust. 

Lauren is very active in charity. She has chaired the Taste of Rancho Santa Fe and the Country Friends’ Giving Hearts Gala.  She serves as an elected board member to the California Association for Health Services at Home. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of UCSD, she is married with two boys and lives in the North County.
