"Because what a lot of them are is taking what may have been good advice, things like having a daily wellness practice, maybe that is good advice, but throwing a whole bunch of them together and saying, you know, drink a gallon and a half of water and take red meat out of your diet and make sure you get up an hour early to meditate and add an hour of yogurt in your day, and it just piles it on."
