"But in that in between, kind of I'm having terrible thoughts place, I'm not really awake, and I'm definitely not asleep. So do this. The moment you realize you're awake and you're stressed out, slow your breath down. Make it a little slower. Make it a little deeper. Let it be an even cadence. Your brain might still be coming for you. Just keep slowing your breath down. Now, that doesn't always work to go back to sleep."
